1. What is DivEra Bots™?

DivEra Bots™ is a forward-thinking tech-learning space where curiosity meets creativity. “Div” stands for Diverse, celebrating all kinds of thinkers; “Era” means A New Era in Learning—education that evolves with technology; and “Bots” represents Brilliant Operators of Technology & Self—students who think critically, create boldly, and use tech with purpose.

2. How do your programs work?

Our programs are live, interactive, and designed for connection. Small groups of up to four students meet virtually with expert educators who guide them through hands-on, project-based learning. Each course blends instruction, exploration, and creativity so learners don’t just use technology—they understand it.

3. What makes DivEra Bots™ different?

We don’t just teach tech; we teach with heart. DivEra Bots™ combines empathy, innovation, and expertise to create an inclusive, human-centered experience. Each session connects real-world technology with purposeful learning—because education should inspire, not overwhelm.

4. Who teaches the classes?

Our instructors are known as Professor Bots and Helper Bots—experienced educators and tech professionals who are fully background-checked and trained in digital safety. They bring a unique mix of technical expertise and teaching passion to help every learner feel seen, supported, and capable.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer flexible, family-friendly payment options:

6. Why don’t you accept students below 3rd grade yet?

We want our youngest learners—the itty-bitty Bots—to have educators trained specifically for early childhood technology instruction. To ensure the right foundation and experience, we plan to launch K–2 programs by August 2026.

​

7. How do cancellations work?

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling. Full details are available in our Cancellation Policy during checkout and on each service page.

8. What should my child bring to each session?

For tutoring, they should have access and instructions for the assignment they need support with. Besides that, all that is needed is a reliable device, internet connection, and curiosity!

Our Enrichment and Electives courses require the use of secure, browser-based platforms like ScratchJr, Typing.com, Canva for Education, and Google Workspace, so there’s nothing to install and no additional purchases required.

9. Can parents track student progress?

Absolutely. Through your Family Portal, you can view your learner’s schedule, see session notes, track progress, and celebrate milestones—all from one easy-to-use dashboard.

10. How do we get started?

Getting started is simple:

  1. Create your Guardian Profile Account (top right; in header of every page).

  2. Complete the Enrollment form (one-time, $25 enrollment fee/per student).

  3. Choose your program and schedule your first session or course.

  4. Book a Free Meet & Greet to connect with your educator.

  5. Watch your child's brilliance shine!
