Desirree Potts, M.S.Ed
Founder & Owner of DivEra Bots LLC
I’m an educator, learning designer, and parent who has spent over a decade working with learners who don’t fit neatly into traditional systems. Neurodivergent students, quiet thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and kids whose brilliance is often overlooked.
I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership, with advanced training in instructional design and learning systems that support diverse and neurodivergent learners.
DivEra Bots was built from lived experience, not theory. I’ve watched too many capable learners be mislabeled, underestimated, or left behind simply because they process differently or don’t make noise. My work centers on using technology as a bridge. Not just for skills, but for confidence, voice, and future agency.
At DivEra Bots, we don’t force learners to adapt to the world as it is. We help them build the tools to shape the world as it should be.

About DivEra Bots™
DivEra stands for Diverse Era, a shift toward learning that respects how minds actually work. Analytical thinkers. Creative builders.
Neurodivergent learners. Quietly brilliant kids who do not always fit the mold but absolutely belong in the room.
Bots are not robots. They are Brilliant Operators of Technology and Self. Learners who question, adapt, and build with intention. Kids who learn how to use technology thoughtfully, not just consume it.
Our work centers neurodivergent and diverse learners in grades 3 through 12, using calm, student-centered instruction that adapts to how each learner thinks, processes, and engages.
This is not about fixing children.
It is about building environments that work.
We stand for access, dignity, and future-ready education in a moment when opportunity for uniquely wired minds is being threatened.
This is a new era of diversely wired brilliance.
Our Approach
We believe technology and empathy can coexist and strengthen each other.
Digital tools should not increase pressure or compliance. They should build confidence, voice, and real-world readiness. Curiosity drives discovery. Structure provides safety. Flexibility allows growth.
We prepare learners not just to navigate change, but to shape it thoughtfully and responsibly. This belief is reflected and carried through every service we offer.
Why We Exist
When learning is structured, safe, and responsive, students show up differently. They take risks. They trust themselves. They begin to recognize their own capability instead of measuring themselves against systems that were never built for them.
Our role is not to push or rescue.
Our role is to create the conditions where brilliance can surface through connection, structure, and care.
This work was shaped by lived experience, not theory.
As both an educator and a parent, I watched traditional systems misread intelligence, curiosity, and regulation needs as problems to manage. When my late husband and I chose to homeschool our son, everything changed. Given space, flexibility, and technology that supported how he thinks, he began to thrive.
That experience reinforced what I already knew professionally: when learning is personalized and supported by tools that empower instead of overwhelm, students do more than keep up. They grow with confidence and agency.
DivEra Bots™ was built to make that kind of learning possible for more families.

We stand for learners who are often overlooked, underestimated, or misunderstood.
Neurodivergent, Black, Brown, Multilingual, Creative, & Anxious kids.
Children who are brilliant in ways the world has not learned how to measure yet.
We do not ask students to fit in.
We build spaces where they are valued as they are.

Strength through self-advocacy
We teach learners to understand themselves, speak up for what they need, and take ownership of their learning. Confidence is not given. It is built.
Grace with high standards
Safe does not mean small. Support does not mean limits. We hold students with care and expect them to rise, one step at a time.
