Accessing or using the diverabots.com website, digital portals, or affiliated platforms constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).
If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
Only individuals 18 years or older, or parents/guardians acting on behalf of a minor, may register or purchase services.
Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under their account.
3. Payments and Refund Procedures
All payments must comply with posted pricing and payment terms.
Accepted methods include Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, ClassWallet, EMA, and other approved platforms.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on this site.
State-funded scholarship payments (FES-UA, EMA, ESA, etc.) are non-refundable once processed.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All lesson plans, course materials, videos, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and digital files are the exclusive property of Desirree T. Potts, d/b/a DivEra Bots™ and DivEra Bots LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
5. User Code of Conduct
Users must act respectfully and lawfully while using our website or participating in services.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
Posting or sharing defamatory or obscene material
Impersonation or misrepresentation
Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access

Termination does not remove the user’s obligation to pay outstanding fees.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Duval County, Florida.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
